North Carolina's demand for brainpower

The University of North Carolina system is undergoing a strategic review.

Thusfar, the review underscores that North Carolina is not producing enough workers with Bachelor's degrees.

To meet the projected needs, the state's higher education system will have to increase its production of college graduates by more than 15,000 a year. Read more.
