On May 29, Iowa's legislature will take up the $500 million Values Fund in a special session. To build momentum, three university presidents are pushing the importance of the Value Fund to their institutions.
At the University of Iowa and Iowa State, the Values Fund would finance expanded biomedical research and the construction of new incubators.
