Regular readers will know that the Howard County incubator, Neo Tech, provides a good model for building a range of entrepreneurial services.
Now they are adding a program called Sustainable Business Excellence. The program provides a "helicopter view" of business development. With it, managers can see how they can develop their company to graduate from the incubator within two years. Read more.
