Fort Wayne is in the midst of a mayoral campaign, and the newspaper raises an interesting question: What can a mayor do to improve economic development prospects?
In an interesting article, the author suggests that the place to start is "do no harm". As one former mayor puts it: "There is no formula for success, but there is a formula for disaster." Read more.
