Pennsylvania EDPros launch Smart Market brand

As I reported in an earlier post, an eight county region in southcentral Pennsylvania has launched a new brand: The Smart Market.

Here's a good quote from the launch event: "Economic-development expansions occur on a regional basis and are not confined to geopolitical boundariies. Companies first look at regions for the attributes they offer, such as work force, transportation systems, utilities, services, recreation and culture.
