Anatomy of a Deal: Dallas Cowboys go for a new stadium

The Dallas Cowboys will be trying to convince the voters in Arlington, TX that they should pay for half of a $650 million new stadium. They will focus on economic development, despite the fact that there is no evidence that stadiums generate additional investmetn.
