The counties around Saginaw, MI are repositioning themselves for "What's Next?" In part, they see their region's future in the manufacturing of medical instruments.

In the midst of the buzz, a local business dean has some wise words of caution: Some economic development officials go a bit overboard in assessing mid-Michigan's potential as a life sciences powerhouse.
