Now here's something that you do not see everyday. A university and a major health system have invested heavily in a local effort to accelerate technology-led economic development.
It's happening in Cincinnati, where the University of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center have invested in CincyTechUSA. Both institutions have pledged $250,000 in cash and in-kind services for each of the next three years. As part of the deal, CincyTechUSA will move its offices closer to the UC and Children's Hospital campuses. Read more.
