Here is another example of how states and regions are developing their own foreign economic partnerships.
Iowa and New Zealand have signed an agreement to to expand the business and education exchanges. For the past two years, business and education leaders have been exchanging visits. The new agreement formalizes these relationships. Read more.

Some Background on EDPro Weblog
