A New England roadmap to compete as a region

The New England Council has released a new report outlining how that region can compete more effectively in the global knowledge economy.

A major challenge facing the region comes in the relatively high structural costs of the economy. These costs are generating higher taxes and, potentially, slowing innovation. Read more.
