Produced by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the trade group Techpoint, the report provides a good profile of a state in transition. These type of reports play an important role in shaping the civic debate about priorities.

Some Background on EDPro Weblog
The purpose of this weblog is to help economic development professionals -- EDPros -- keep up with the changes sweeping our profession. Strap on your goggles. It's a whole new game.
