As the third generation of WIRED grants gear up, one of the most ambitious proposals will combine efforts twenty counties from three states: Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
The real challenge: will this ambitious proposal get the sign-off from three governors. Each state can submit only two proposals. Read more.
