Massachusetts' billion dollar life sciences blueprint

Massachusetts governor Deval Patrick announced the details of his state's $1 billion plan to invest in the life sciences. Read more.

According to the article: "The 10-year initiative would provide $25 million a year for research grants, fellowships, and workforce training programs and authorize $25 million a year for a range of tax incentives for life science companies."
