The Great Lakes is filed with shrinking cities.
Rather than run away from this reality, Youngstown has chosen to embrace this reality. As a recent article from the Associated Press noted, Youngstown is shrinking its way back to health. Read more. Youngstown civic leaders are asking some provocative questions, seeking some engaging challenges: "What is the creative power of a shrinking city?"
