The San Diego Regional Economic Development Corp. is launching a Partnership for the Global Economy. The initiative represents a coalition of corporate, government and education leaders to expand the region's global connections.
Figuring out how to leverage global connections is not easy in the abstract. The point is to simply start where you can start. What's clear though, is that regions with stronger global connections are likely to do better over the long term than regions that neglect the strategy.
