Consensus in Columbia

Residents in Columbia, Missouri are taking part in an interesting exercise, called the Community Choices Open House. Recently, participants ranked strategies developed by 13 Citizen Topic Groups.

Complex regional economic development strategies need consensus to fuel their implementation. There is no one way to develop consensus.
