Moving toward renewable energy often means moving toward less centralized, more regional energy systems.
These systems are more distributed, and they rely on energy sources that are inherently regional, such as wind, solar, and tidal power. Here is an interesting article out of Oregon, that explores how that state is charting new pathways in renewable energy. Read more.
